Have recently moved into a new property which is fitted with a drayton scr wireless thermostat. Believe this to have a capacitor issue from some googling which results in the system firing up and heating however when at correct temp boiler switches off but fails to fire again after the temperature drops even though a call is made for heat no relay click, this is until the scr unit is reset and then the bolier will fire up fine no good for overnight.

Hot water works fine without trouble so boiler working successfully.

Required is supply and fit of new programmer and wired thermostat and tested working successfully.

Need the work carried out before end of play on Saturday 08/12/2012 quotes welcome.

Have taken a rad off the wall but whole system needed draining down as no valve present on return side. Cant re-fill system, have tried everything but wont re-fill and the way it has been done up in the loft i have never seen before, gravity fed system but no seperate expansion tank, its all done of the main cold tank, vents as well and both my normal plumbers have said system has had it, all needs to be re done. This will be set approx two foot to the right of the existing radiator so pipework will need to be moved across to fit. Wall is insulated exterior wall with plasterboard finish.

Small double in kitchen, large single in bedroom, large double in lounge & a small double in lounge.
