We need the radiator in our bedroom replacing and moving slightly as we are having a conservatory built .. the radiator needs to be moved 3 feet to allow access. We are need a second radiator installing on the other side of the wall which will be inside the conservatory.
We are here 24/7 and need the job doing soonest.

Our boiler, model ICOS HE12 is less than 5 years old. Unfortunately it's not connecting to the timer switch and is on constant all the time so central heating not switching off at set times. We are having to turn boiler off. We've tried resetting it but that doesn't always work.
