We have a problem with an upstairs radiator that has gone cold. I can feel the hot water leading up to the pipe but the radiator is cold. I have bled it so I don't think it's as simple as that. Maybe just a valve problem?

I have a Potterton 40e boiler that needs a service. It works well and fires up with little problems. But due to age I would also like some advice on what I could replace it with. I do not want a combi boiler.

We would like to get quotes for the removal of an old Baxi back boiler and installing a new combi boiler and controls in our airing cupboard (which has an outside wall). We would like to have a small radiator installed into the airing cupboard so that it can still be used as such.

We would also like to get a quote for a replacement radiator in our kitchen and installing new radiators and pipework in our sitting room, hall and conservatory.
