Our volkera mynute 14se heat only boiler has conked out and we're looking to replace it with a Vaillent Ecotec 615. There is a hot water tank in the airing cupboard and a cold water tank in the loft. The boiler is wall-mounted in the kitchen and we'd like the new boiler to go there too.
Our mid terrace house is 800 ft2 and has seven radiators. The boiler is is controlled by a danfoss FP715 thermostat.

We would like a quote to include labour, parts and the boiler itself.

Job Description

Currently there is an old gas boiler serving hot water to the bathroom and heating all the radiators in the house. There is a separate emersion heater serving the ensuite and kitchen for hot water (right side of the house). We want to connect these two hot water plumbing together (6m pipe in a boxed section) and serve it with a single combi condensing boiler and relocate it to a position 2 metres away from the existing location (in a cupboard).
Here is a summary:
 
Heating System Requirements
1.     Removing exiting boiler and tanks
2.     Move location of boiler by 2m so it is inside the cupboard (all radiator pipes and hot/cold water pipes)
3.     Install a combi condensing boiler 42 litre capacity (probably BAXI or Worcester greenstar)
4.     Modify existing system for the combi system (cap tank ends etc)
5.     Add a 6m length hot water connection (22mm bore) to the other end of the house (this was previously served by a emersion heater)
6. Remove and dispose all waste (including old tanks)
 
Plumb in Washing Machine and Dryer
1.     Plumb washing machine so it is under the boiler in the cupboard
2.     Install a waste pipe for washing machine
3.     Install a vent (through roof) for dryer

I have had a system installed and have problems. The underfloor heating doesn't heat up and the boiler is not being controlled properly by the external timer.

We have a MegaFlo unvented hot water cylinder. I just noticed that for past few days a thin copper overflow pipe is slowly dripping warm water (right onto the floor). I understand that there are potentially many reasons this could happen. We'd love the best solution to whatever is causing the leak.

Hi,
As the title says, the central heating is not coming on, but the hot water works fine. When I run the hot water the radiators get warm. I believe there's a diverter valve or something which may cause this sort of problem if it gets broken/stuck.

The problem first happened a couple of weeks ago but then sorted itself out after a few days. This time it's been going on nearly a week.

Also, the boiler is due to a service so if you could do that at the same time that would be ideal!
