A second quotation is also required to replace 12 existing radiators with new ones.

I have a ideal icos He12 boiler, I had the PCB board replaced a few months ago, now its not firing up for heating but is for water, I've contacted ideal and they seem to think the control panel is faulty and sending wrong voltagae, can anyone help? If so can you let me know call out charges etc

The boiler is a Glow Worm Ultimate and about 12 years old. Lately the boiler pressure has been dropping to zero, have tried bleeding the radiators and using the water top up valve to increase the pressure to about 1.5 bar but only lasts for about 5 min before dropping to zero again. There is water leaking outside which I believe is from the pressure release valve(?) not sure but I need someone to have a look and fix, this is quite urgent.

I am not sure if I need a Plumber or a Electrican! The immersion heater switch has tripped and tripped again (all the switches in the box). The boiler seems to be working fine, with heat going to the rads. No hot water though either when I tried to heat the water through the boiler.

I may have made the mistake of leaving the immersion heater on constanly over the past few months.

I currently have a ravenheat gas combi boiler that needs replacing. I live in a 3 bed flat that has two bathrooms. A plumber friend has recommended i need a minimum 28kw boiler with a decent warranty and suggested either Worcester or Ideal. I need a quote to include all labour and materials.
