I want to get a boiler installed in my property which is a 2 bedroom massonette. Currently there is no boiler or radiators in the property.

First fix: Removal of new boiler as needs to move from bathroom to kitchen eventually. Temporary close off gas. Removal of remainder of piping and outside tap. Tidy existing feed into flat. Put temporary tap on.

Flat to be plastered and some other work. This may take a few weeks to complete.

Second fix: Install boiler and flue in kitchen, new heating and water pipes throughout flat. Connect, install radiators. New outside tap.

I will need two quotes and each fix will be priced separately. Each paid on completion. I prefer it this way in case there is a delay with the plastering etc and so that I dont hold you up.

Worcester 28i junior boiler has stopped working. Gas central heating doesn't come on and there is no hot water. Not sure of problem, light flashes five times a second. I have tried to reset the boiler as well as switch off at mains before switching back on, still does not work. Boiler comes on, start up noise begins, but no noise showing attempt to spark in burner. Possibly requires a new PCB - unsure and require expert advice.
