At the beggining of the summer the upstairs radiators were hot when just the hot water was turned on so these individual radiatorvalves were turned off. Now that the cold weather has returned the valves have been turned on but the radiators are still cold when the heating is on! Tried bleeding air from each rad but none there.

First observatons were faulty pump but now I think it could just be the 3-way valve which is made by Lifestyle.
