All materials will be supplied including hardboard, underlay and carpet.

No old carpet needs to be removed. The floor is currently exposed floorboards (which are rather old and will need hardboarding).

I am planning to buy Gerfloor Ceramitex from an online supplier though a full "supply and fit" service is an alternative. Floor is newly fitted P5 chipboard and is flat and smooth. All furniture and appliances will be removed from room. Easy, almost level access from street to kitchen. No parking problems.

I am the property owner.
Following a new bathroom fitting (should be completed 27th march) I require vinyl flooring laid . I am also interested in having the kitchen done at the same time. I would like the flooring to be flush to the wall. There is currently laminate laid however I will have it removed. Beneath the laminate is solid tiled flooring mainly in very good condition.
I may be purchasing the flooring direct from the supplier but would be interested in getting a quote from you for 1) flooring supply and fitting 2) just the fitting. Thank you
