Job Description

I need a trusty carpet fitter to refit existing carpets. The job will comprise fitting gripper, underlay and carpet:

1. Refit master bedroom carpet and cut to new internal wall
2. Refit landing carpet and cut to fit new internal walls with join into new landing area
3. Cut and fit carpet into four bedrooms
4. Cut carpet and fit to stairs

For#3-4 the carpet has been removed from dining room, lounge and downstairs hall and should fit all four bedrooms. There is also some of the original carpet for this.

I have gripper rod and also underlay - both will need cutting and fitting accordingly.

Fitter welcome to view the property to assess the size of the job. Must be able to complete job by 15th May.

I have a room approx 4 x 4.5m which currently has carpet laid over a concrete (tiled) floor. I want to have Karndean flooring laid. I understand that a screed needs to be laid too so any quote would need to include the cost of laying this too. Thanks.

I need a quote for somebody to cut of about 1m of carpet and replace it with spare carpet that I have. The current carpet got damaged with coulouring. Cut out section is around a basin.

Kitchen is app. 20 square metres. Having kitchen fitted at the moment and have ordered Amtico flooring. Will have to be put down once kitchen fitted. It's not ideal but its the way things have worked out unfortunately.

Would like quotes from fitters who have worked with Amtico or similar vilyl tiles before. Tiles are Ceramic Black Spacia with silver stripping to be laid in between each tile. Amtico adhesive also supplied.

All tiles, stripping and adhesive supplied. Tools will not be supplied.

Hi - additional info....

floor may need a little work on it in terms of preparation. Has been levelled but wanted to make sure whoever takes the job knows that it may not be a a case of just laying the tiles.

Am looking to get the job done on this weekend or early next week.
