The previous owner of my house replaced the carpets but did not install an underlay.

I would like a quote for fitting an underlay into 4 rooms and then re-fitting the existing carpet.

The existing carpet is in good condition, but has been stuck down with spray adhesive. I would like the carpet properly fitting using gripper rods.
