You will need to screen both rooms, I will supply tiles, stripping and adhesive for Moduleo tiles in kitchen but you will need to quote for any materials needed to fit the vinyl sheet in the utility room.

Can you please quote us on a job for a kitchen diner. We have just had a small extension and the floor has been joined up (concrete, quary tiles that are fixed and part screeded floor). It is approx 4 m (largest width) to 8 meters length (largest lenght) and we want this doing before the kitchen is fitted please, so we can make the room completely empty. There are no skirting boards fitted yet so it should be a relatively easy fit of the screed and vinyl, as you will only have to neat cut around the radiator pipes (2 rads in this room) and around the back door.
