3 bedrooms plus about 8 stairs. Normal underlay to staircase, landing and bedrooms and felt underlay to groundfloor. Requires latex over groundfloor and hardboard to upstairs. Need coir matting to front step and part of hallway. Fitter would need to come to measure up.

Job Description

Refit carpet (gripper rod) around installation of fitted cupboards along one side of lounge and in separate dining room. Lounge contains piano which cannot be moved out. Fitted furniture needs to be fitted without carpet so installer will cut carpet leaving sufficient to be attached to new gripper rod. Approximately 20 feet lounge going down side of lounge and around fireplace. About 5 feet in dining room in corner. Preferably to be done on or around 15th-16th or 17th September but could be flexible.
