Hi, I am looking for a joiner who is able to attend to a number of small jobs in my house. I need a few of floorboards replacing (not many), and also a handrail (staircase) fixing, plus a cupboard in the kitchen adjusting (an internal shelf needs adding to a cupboard, to fit around some pipes that are boxed in). I also need some pipes boxing in, in the bathroom (pipes that run along the external wall just above the floor). ASAP, if possible!

We've recently had new skirting boards installed on top of engineered wood flooring in our living room (5.13mx5.05m) and dining room (2.9mx2.95m), but unfortunately they weren't installed well and the finish is very poor. There are noticeable gaps between the skirting boards and floor which we'd like to fix, and as far as we know laying Scotia beading is our best option for this. (Though if there are other ways of improving the finish, we'd be happy to hear them.) So what we're looking for is someone who can supply and install beading for us, and ideally also paint it to match the existing skirting.
