Garden gate LOCK needs replacing - wrought iron gate has 5" long rectangular section welded to gate to hold standard key operated lock. Problem is the lock plate is not held in place by screws but has two small (1cm?) bits of weld to hold it. The two small welds need removing, a new lock supplied (with two or ideally three keys) and fitted - then welded back in place please.
