Dear sirs

I am taking over a small old pub (capacity about 60) in Bridgnorth on or around 9 October this year. I am looking for a quote to build a new bar in there. The existing bar takes up a lot of floor space in the centre of the main seating area so I would like to move it to the far end of the pub, nearer to the cellar door.

Funds are obviously limited, so this idea may be blown out of the water by costs, but are you willing to undertake such work? If so how soon could you carry it out and are you able to give me an approximate idea of costs please? I am looking for a bar counter capable of accommodating at least 10 handpulls, it can be made of either stone/brick or wood, and with a back section comprising of optics/bottle shelves/mirrors and backlighting (with space for chiller units below), with a pelmit/plinth/canopy above the bar counter to hold glassware. Happy to listen to more cost-effective ideas if you have any to suggest.

1)Fitting of Dado rail and Skirting board to newley plastered room. Room size 3.7Mtrs x 2.8Mtrs.
2) Fit new window sill in bay window. Size of bay 150cm x 55cm.

3) Remove and refit new steel up and over garage door. Garage door size 7ft x 6ft 6in.
