1. Fitted wardrobes in bedroom on either side of chimney breast with shelving across the chimney breast in MDF. The alcoves measure 105cm/244cm and 143cm/244cm. The wardrobe has to be about 213cm in height (so not floor to ceiling).

2.In the living room low level cabinets built in the two alcoves with two floating shelves above using MDF. The dimensions of the living room alcoves are - 107cm x 244cm (depth 35cm) and 114cm x 244cm (depth 35cm).

We'll need both the above painted.

I can show the place on Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th and Wednesday 13th March, but ideally I would like an approximate quote for labour and material first (will be happy with a range too) to know what I am looking at.

I have a stair bannister (2m) that I'd like replacing with a new one in pine, as currently the spindles are too far apart and I want to make it child-friendly.
I am happy to paint it myself I just want it supplied and fitted.
