17tf x 13 ft Lounge needs new skirting and an arc, there is also a little bit of panelling on a door casing as well.
Small Hall needs new skirting and Arcs
Some patching of skirting in another room plus arcs and panelling on a french style window/door.
Hang 4 doors
careful removal of two two steps, replace with new.

Not 100% but think the skirting will be a double layer allowing for a channel behind for pipes and wires.

Arcs will all need the door casings packing out a little.

The House is 1860ish, previous work was not upto standard, we will hand a very good finish that will be painted over not varnished.
