I'm replacing my kitchen and got to the stage where I need a pro to add the finishing touches. I need the worktops jointing it will need 2 corners (4 cuts) cutting with a jig/router in some b&q 38mm Laminate Worktop - Cherry Butcher's Block.

B&Q have supplied 2x 3mtr worktop and 1x breakfast bar worktop. They have included 2 packs of worktop bolts but only 1 colorfill sealant but can pick up another if needed. I have a new sink and new hob that will need cutting into the worktop.

Would also like the pelmets and cornice (5x corners on wall cabinets) cutting and fitting (b&q supplied a pen bond and adhesive)

1 - to replace current UPVC door and side panel with oak door and panel - distinctive doors have been recommended but need help with measurements and to be fitted.
2. Current stairs have wooden spindles - want to replace with mix of oak and glass but retain the hand rails and main posts.

Here's a bit about the the winner:

We had a joiner in that a neighbour recommended to do some work round the house (shelves, replacing bannister handrail upstairs, new doorframe etc) and he didn't check for pipes. He drilled through the central heating pipe and flooded our living room. He said he had no insurance and refused to pay our house insurance excess or take any responsibility, costing us £350 less than 2 weeks before Christmas. We have got to spend Christmas with no carpets downstairs in the house and a huge hole in the livingroom wall - our only living space in a small cottage.

The work that needs to be carried out is as follows:
-Skirting boards put up in one bedroom
-Shelves put up in an alcove
-Bannister at the top of the stairs to be replaced.

We are looking for a local, reliable tradesperson to come and complete the work within the space of one day.
