My wife doesn't like our doors so....forget that foreign holiday, s*d the ipad you had your eye on, get some new doors instead!

I have 13-15 doors to be hung and handles attached.
8 are 76 by 198 cm single doors
3 61 by 198 double doors
1 68 by 198cm

I say 13 to 15 as there are two doors we may re-use rather than replace (it depends on money).

I need someone to come and hang all the doors, preferably in January but I can stretch into February. They will also need handles attached (though no locks are needed).

I have not purchased the doors yet, they will most likely be moulded wood from somewhere like Wickes or B and Q. Same for hinges and handles.

If you have a trade account or supplier who could offer a decent range more competitive prices then I would be happy to source them through you.

On the day(s) work will take place it would be very useful if you were able to arrive before 8.15 in the morning.

Fixed price quotation please, on a per door basis if possible.

Hi, I would like to get 2 built in cabinets in our living room. Either side of chimney breast, but they are different dimensions (one side is about 110 cm and the other one nearly 120 cm). No drawers required, just doors to the outside and an adjustable shelf on the inside of each one. Also would like floating shelves on top of each cabinet, say 3 each side. I would require the job to be completely finished, i.e., not ready to be painted or anything like that! Open minded as to materials, we want them to look nice but they could be MDF.

The outhouse building door is made of wood, possibly poor quality wood and, has become severely swollen and damaged as a result of exposure to the elements etc. As a result, the door is no longer closing as it has become misaligned as a result of swelling in the wood grain. I think the door may need replacing but will need assessment by a qualified carpenter first.
