Hi, we're looking to get a built in wardrobe created. At present with a freestanding wardrobe the main bedroom is very cramped. Next door is the spare bedroom which we rarely use so we are happy to lose some of that space to create the wardrobe.

The 2 bedrooms are separated by a stud wall. Approx size of wardrobe is to be 130 x 200 cm. 1 long side is an outside wall, 1 short side where the door will be knocked through from main bedroom is the existing stud wall, the other end is part outside wall (due to a recess) so part will need to be partitioned and the remaining side will all be partition. Estimate total length of partition to be 200cm x 80cm (130cm less recess).

An electric socket will fall within the wardrobe which can be used for lighting. We would want the outside of the wardrobe to be made good (plastered) ready for decorating but will design / build the interior of the wardrobe ourselves.

Would like job to start ASAP.
