There are 7 interior doors to be hung including a 450mm wide airing cupboard door which may have to be custom made along with the laying of a small amount of wooden flooring.
In addition there are a couple of built in appliance cupboards in the kitchen that need to be realigned and flooring thresholds which also need to be realigned throughout the house which is a bungalow.
A separate job is the construction of a small metal fence at the front of the house between my property and that of my neighbour which will involve marking out and dividing a shared lawn with the new fence.

Some patching of skirting in another room plus arcs and panelling on a french style window/door.

careful removal of two two steps, replace with new.

Not 100% but think the skirting will be a double layer allowing for a channel behind for pipes and wires.

Arcs will all need the door casings packing out a little.

The House is 1860ish, previous work was not upto standard, we will hand a very good finish that will be painted over not varnished.
