It's a 2-up-2-down mid-terraced. Back of the house is fine, as are neighbours either side.

remove and reinstate masonry and tooth bond to existing

  • Location: Castleford
  • Hired: home solutions
  • Trade: Bricklaying
Job Description

The particular structural defect in question, in our opinion, is as a result of poor workmanship
arriving from the loft conversion and the property shows no evidence of structural movement. We would suggest that, in order to maintain weather tightness, this area of masonry is removed and reinstated ensuring that the new brickwork is tooth bonded in to the existing.
