Building warrant application also shows 2 velux windows in roof.
There is no drainage at the rear of the house therefore the architect has suggested that new surface water drainage facilities will have to be put in from the back and along the side the side of the garden.
The corner of the extension on the plans is 930mm from the boundary fence.
The extension should be in the same brickwork as the house.
Would like quote for building this extension as per building warrant application but depending on price may also be looking for suggestions as to how to cut costs.
