We currently have an old concrete floor with no damp proof membrane. We would like this replaced with a new floor incorporating wooden battons to use with a suspended floor. There is a bit of brickwork needed to tidyup some of the walls.

I moved in 18 months ago and have finally decided what I want to do with the house. I have a 3 bedroom house and need a floating ceiling removing from the living room, with the ceiling putting back, new light fitting and repairs to the walls where wit has been fixed.

There are a number of other jobs in the house including replacing skirting boards, fitting a new bathroom suite and floor. Also the electrics have recently failed an inspection so some advice on where to go next is needed with a view to potentially rewiring.
