Job Description

Self builder with machinery & labour already organised seeks someone to advise on and oversee ground works for large extension.
Site is terraced/sloping with stiff clay and lots of surface water when it rains! 2 slabs required: higher one is 6m x 5m (approx) the other is lower, "L" shaped with the outer lengths 8m x 6.5m and inner lengths 5m x 4.5m approx with 580mm difference in height. There is a storm drain on site. New foul water drainage is partially needed (materials already purchased) as this will connect with existing on-site drainage. Job is anticipated to start 15th March (but could be sooner) and person is required for approx one week.
All materials will be purchased by S/B so only knowledge/experience required.
