1 Remove an existing stud wall in a bedroom, and replace with a new stud wall. New stud wall should have soundproofing and be plaster finished to a high standard to match existing plasterwork. Replace skirting and coving to match existing.

2 Plaster over fireplace opening (fireplace has already been removed). Replace skirting to match.

3 Plaster small holes in kitchen ceiling and wall after plumber has replaced pipes.

Our homebuyers report listed cracks in the outer brickwork over the front room window, as a result of settlement due to the uPVC window being installed without adequate reinforcement. We therefore need a metal lintel installed over the front room window.

At the moment our kitchen is divided by an exposed brick wall - kitchen units are fitted either side of it to create 2 small kitchen spaces. We want to create one big space. The internal brick wall (c. 2.75 x 3.0m) needs knocking down & replacing with an RSJ, and covering with an oak veneer to match the units & give the impression of a beam. Existing kitchen units in the affected area need removing & then refitting. Travertine floor tiles need sourcing & fitting to affected area. Ceiling needs making good in affected area.

We'd like the work doing as soon as possible.
