You're the first person I have contacted, I'm after a rough quote to install a Victorian tiled fireplace in my Terraced house in Old Swan.

I am after a rough price as I have not yet committed myself to this work, I'm an ex Aerial Engineer and have my ladders still so I intend to fit my own 904/904 liner, and ancilliaries, I understand this will need building control sign off.

I have purchased a fireplace and opened up the builders opening.

The existing curved brick arch is in poor condition I would like a straight lintel put in, the rest of the fireplace opened up and an appopriate fireback, throat forming lintel etc installed and the fireplace putting in, I have a constructional hearth and will put a hearth in prior.

If all goes well planning to have work done in next 6 weeks.

I understand that sight unseen an estimate is difficult, could you provide me with an upper and lower guide if possible? thanks

Approx 2 lm of repointing brickwork front elevation ground level. Some small bricks appear be spalling need to tidy them up. Also want existing 2 white stone window ledges and doorstep to be repainted white as overtime the paintwork is now quite flakey this is also at the front elevation. It's only a small mid terraces cottage was built in 1890 so requires some care during the pointing.
