Replacing one window (tbc)

Removing and disposing of old three piece bathroom suit.

Install bath and loo units (all from the Bathstore)
To tile area around bath and floor
Installing 2 or 4 spot lights

We have just bought a house in Borehamwood, which is pretty much just an empty shell. We would like a quote regarding knocking down a partition wall downstairs, and also extending the bathroom upstairs into the bedroom. We will also need painting, decorating of walls, windowsills. Perhaps help with the garden if you're able to. We may also need to put in doors to separate rooms downstairs. We will eventually need new bathroom, toilet and kitchen, but may already have someone else to do this. Perhaps you could work alongside them?
We have quite a refurbishment project ahead of us but on a very tight budget.

We are looking for a team of specialists to complete renovation of three bedrooms only in a standard semi-detached house. New windows will be installed prior to renovation work. The dimensions of the rooms to be renovated as follows (1:50 floor plan is attached):

Hi. My low garden wall needs repairing. It's a retaining wall which supports a bedding area, but the movement of the earth behind it has caused part of the brickwork to collpase. Part of the wall needs rebuilding and something done about the earth behind which is putting pressure on it.
