Brick work will be to dwarf wall height on one side and the length and then to head height on the other side. Base floor to be insulated, raised up to house level and left with a suitable flooring to then take underfloor heating and tiling or laminate. the property is in letchworth. The existing paving is rectangular slabs and a rockery. There is a side access which is standard gate width.
