At the front of the property the height is approx 0.5m, with brick pillars to approx 1m filled with iron-work which would also require replacing. At the side of the house the wall is approx 2m in height and is currently just brick; if possible, this should be replaced with a 1m high wall with pillars filled with closeboard fencing panels.
