The front of our house needs re-pointing, we had an issue with leaky guttering the back end of last year which pulled some of the pointing out and caused a touch of damp - see photos - we'd now like the whole front of the house re-pointing. It's a 2-up-2-down mid-terraced. Back of the house is fine, as are neighbours either side.

Doorway already breezeblocked from internal side and tied in to existing double leaf sides. 140 facing bricks already purchased and on site. would want some kind of insulation fitting into cavity between facing bricks and breezblocks. Would want the vertical headers removing and re-use in the brick up. I am happy to test a few mortar mixes before job. I want a really good professional finish with very good mortar match as side of the house is very visible.

I need about 4 metres of re-pointing above 1st floor windows on a semi detached brick house as the pointing there has perished.

I also need a few flags on a foot path re laying as they are loose.

We live in a back to back and like many of them have a hole in the garden that leads to the cellar (old coal hole i think). we are wanting this bricking up to stop all the water coming in and to make the cellar watertight at the very least.

Take up sunken area of block paving ( approx 3 sq metres) near wall.Fill sunken area and level with existing paving.
Remove and clean all coping and rebed same.
Centre wall panel. Remove and clean down to firm bricks and blocks. Clean bricks and blocks. Rebuild putting ties into both side columns.

Gate column hinge side secure to foundations . Attach wall with ties to both columns.
