The front of our house needs re-pointing, we had an issue with leaky guttering the back end of last year which pulled some of the pointing out and caused a touch of damp - see photos - we'd now like the whole front of the house re-pointing. It's a 2-up-2-down mid-terraced. Back of the house is fine, as are neighbours either side.

My home is only 13yrs old ( 3 BED DETACHED), however below the damp proofing membrane the pointing has flaked away and is soft to the touch. There is only around 4 metres of this, however in order to make it look neet I would be wanting around 10 metres re-pointing. There is also 2 broken bricks which i would like replacing. Not a big job I would have thought. The pointing is only 2 bricks high from the ground to the damp proofing.

Job 1: UPVC door is starting to bend due to the weight of the unsupported bricks above. I am assuming that a support beam should have been inserted above the door when it was fitted.

The wooden fence between my front garden and next door's been blown down. I'd like it replaced by a low red brick wall. Measurements are: length 12 feet, height from ground level 2 feet. Top row of bricks to be sideways on.

There has been a wall there in the past and foundations may still exist or may need replacing.

My two bedroom semi-detached property needs re-pointing before the Autumn weather properly beds in.

I also still have cast iron down spouts and some of the newer plastic guttering has cracked and is leaking.

I figure both of these jobs can be done at the same time, so am hoping for a quotation to cover off both.

I don't have house measurements, but it's a standard council built two bedroom (if that helps).
