10m in length. The bricks are severely frost damaged and in need of replacing. The job as I see it is:

Lift top layer of pathway as required.
Remove damaged brickwork and replace with new.
Refit top layer of path.

Hiya

I have a small one bedroomed 'cottage' in Netherton, which I rent out. It is over a 100 years old and needs a lot of TLC, mainly all revolving around stopping the damp getting through. The job I'm looking for is pointing to the front and side of the property. The issue I have is that I now live in the Forest of Dean and work in Bristol so cannot always be present.

This also means that I would love to build a strong, trusting relationship with a builder as there are other jobs that will need doing. (when this tenant leaves, I think a few of the rooms will need some kind of damp proofing.

I've just had an old boiler removed form the kitchen and left with a hole in the wall approx 18" heigh by 12" wide. (Approx 10 bricks)

Although only a small job I would like someone to brick the hole up for me please.
