Sorry about the job type - wasn't sure which to choose! I've a small patch of damp ocurring indoors, which I believe to be due to past works to the yard bringing the level of the ground (concrete) to the height of the airbricks. Damp patches indoors are at the same locations as the airbricks. Possible solutions could be improved drainage and/or raising the airbricks.
I'd also appreciate a quote on re-paving our front steps, which are currently in poor repair.

Rear wall of two storey house has a defective lintel. Rear wall is 2.5 metres wide and has a PVC double glazed door and window across the width. Bricks are starting to drop and the pointing is cracking. Initially we need the wall securing and then lintels replaced and the brickwork fixed.
