I would like to have built a raised border around the edge of the lawn area about 2-3 bricks high (yellow London stock?) to separate the flower beds from the grass area. It is a terraced house so all materials must pass thru the ground floor.

Lay foundation for a brick built garden office (approx. 5 x 4m) and footings for a brick built wall to the rear of the property. Until the brick wall is erected at the back of the property, there is wooden fence that will need removing too. This needs to be thought out so that access to the rear of the property is secure at all times as the house backs onto a public park.

Bricklaying of garden office (layout and design will be supplied) and erection of brick built rear boundary wall to replace current wooden fence.
