I’m looking for some quotes from builders for repair work on the front of a 2 storey terrace house in Stoke Newington. I have spoiled plasterwork and repair is needed to the front rendering on the parapet. I haven't yet been up to assess the extent of the damage so would need help in reviewing this. I own a Victorian terraced house that used to be 2 flats, hence the upstairs fire escape at the back.

The old iron steps have been removed.

The doorway will need the door removing.

I have bought 600 London stocks for the job, but a few more may be required.

The doorway is 230cm high and 80cm wide. No internal finishing required.

The picture shows the white door, and how my neighbour on the left of the image already had their old fire escape closed off. A similar job is required.

Repair three courses of eroded red bricks either by slips or colour matched mortar repairs.

There is scaffolding up at the minute around the house so access is safe and relatively straight forward.

The chimney stack is perfectly fine, stable and well pointed in yellow stocks, and so I don't want/require entire stack to be taken down to lowest soft red course and rebuilt.

I had thought about posting this job under roofing but this is really a brickie's job. If the response is poor I can always re-post

I need 2 x 7 metre long, 1 metre high brick walls build on either side of a front garden that is block paved and used for parking. The walls will need 2 piers built on each (1 at the front and 1 in the middle of the wall). I would like the piers to be finished with concrete pyramid caps and the top of the walls to be finished with twice weathered concrete coping. Can you please provide me with an estimate of the cost to save wasting your time. I am happy to provide all of the materials if that will make the job cheaper.
