The front of my garage is slowly leaning over, it was built about 12 years ago by the previous owners son who is a professional bodger, the problem is that we are selling next year and do not want to spend too much more on the property, the door is an electric roller shutter [with a 13 amp plug] which on looking at it seems easy to take down and replace looks like two brackets and two tracks, the width of the door is 103 inches and the total width of garage is 189 inches with a total height of approx 110 inches, it has breeze block inner wall then brick on the outside, i can supply all bricks, breeze blocks,sand,cement and ballast for the footings if required, the tradesman who can supply me with a decent price can do this asap, the roof is corrugated tin and the side walls are brick, prefer someone to look at the job to give me an accurate price
