New external Door opening structural size approx 2100 x 900 to side elevation cut out and made good with new lintel cut out and fitted above.

The house is made up of solid 9in wall

The house needs repointing in certain areas, especially the corners, as we are getting damp inside the house. You can visably see from the outside, cement between the bricks has worn away.
The house is redbrick & the areas to be re-pointed go quite high up, so would require a big ladder.

The breeze block wall holds a fire door and has over time become loose and shakes when the fire door is closed. This has in turn led to the fire door becoming more difficult to close as the wall has shaken and gone out of place. Remedial work is required to fortify the wall and ensure the fire door is closing properly. The wall is approimately 7ft in height and 7 ft across. It is not a retaining wall, but simply a partition wall to a store room in the cellar.

Static garden BBQ, needs approx 4 concrete slabs laying with membrane as within grass garden for BBQ to be built off then BBQ to be built using same block brick as house, deep metal BBQ to be housed within brickwork. All materials will need to be purchased by tradesman, can be changed if needed. Measurements not fixed but approx 140cm tall, 70cm deep and 60cm wide.
