I'm looking for a bricklaying gang to carry out all necessary work for the construction of the external cavity walls and internal walls of a single storey extension of approximately 60m2. The foundations have already been laid.

It is estimated that the work will comprise the laying of 3800 bricks and 1200 blocks. All materials supplied. Plans available.

We have recently had an old back-boiler removed from our living room which included a gas fire and wooden fire-place. All this has been removed and we are now left with an ugly hole with bad brickwork. We would like a new fire-place to be built from brick with a solid timber mantel and would like to add a small wood-burning stove which we are hoping can use the existing chimney liner. Some rendering and plastering may also be required to the sides of the fireplace.
