Notes:

The shower plumbing does not need to be replaced, as it is a pressured hot water system. The existing walls are dab and plaster, it is not possible to knock off the tiles as it pulls off the plaster board, so please allow to replace the plaster board.

All new fittings will be in the original position so therefore there is no requirement for major alterations.

I am happy for you to supply and install or just install.

The en-suite, needs to be changed to a wet room and will require a false floor for the new drainage, this room will as above but without the requirement to fit a bath.

The shower room is 1.7 x 2.0m, the old enclosure wall tiles and floor tiles are removed already, ready for new installation. We are providing the tiles, the shower enclosure, the radiator.

1, move the basin, originally the basin is at a corner facing the window, need to move to other side of the corner facing a wall, need to extend pipes for about 0.5m.

2, install plaster walls behind shower enclosure, 2 x 0.9m x 2.4m

3, replace the plaster wall behind the toilet, 0.9m x 1.2m

4, install wall tiles, floor to ceiling behind the shower enclosure and basin, 1m x 2.4m + 0.9m x 2.4m + 0.8m x 2.4m; half height behind the toilet and the window side wall. 0.8m x 1.2m + 2m x 1.2m

5, install new shower enclosure, 1m x 0.9m x 1.9m

6, replace the radiator with towel type, the hole pitch will be the same, not extra pipework.

7, install floor tiles, 2.5m2 (1.7m x 2m - 1m x 0.9m)

The bathroom old carpet is removed, ready to install. We are providing the tiles.
