HI, our old electric shower needs replacing with a new one (which we have) in the same place, and the cistern in the loo needs replacing as it currently doesnt flush(en-suite). we also have the parts for this, we may change the taps & loo handle at the same time ( all in the en-suite)

Remove stand alone shower, short bath , toilet and sink and tiles. Maybe replace some flloor boards under shower (had a leak) if necessary. Make good plaster / plaster board, plumb in new bath/sink/toilet. Install shower over bath. Tile walls and floor.

Vanity unit with recessed sink, waste, taps etc, WC and hide away cistern.

Need to know how much would you would charge to fit all items, and to tile the bath and shower area please. NB: The existing bath needs to be removed and the new one turned around (taps facing other end)

I can dispose of the old bathroom suite, if this saves money.

Remove ensuite bathroom and replace with fitted toilet, sink and bath. Will need to replaster ceiling and tiling of floor and some walls. Fit underfloor heating.
