I am wanting a quote for a new combi boiler providing and installing in place of an old back boiler system including a flush out of the system and capping off / removing the old boiler and tank. I would like a separate quote for installation only, if this is possible, as I am considering purchasing the boiler myself.

I also need a new bathroom suite fitting - I am wanting to replace the old sink, toilet and bath, replace the existing radiator with a towel radiator, and plumb in a second radiator within the bathroom. I also want to install a shower cubicle. I am currently looking into a quick revamp of my family bathroom at home, we currently have a white suite that just needs a quick update.

I would like to keep the suite that is currently in there due to cost but need a some of it re sealing etc

Sink - Is slightly coming away from the wall at the seal, this needs re attaching to the wall and re sealing and new taps putting in the sink

Toilet - The toilet is fine just needs the flush fixing as the flush handles tends to get stuck

Bath - The bath needs a complete new sealing as the water from the shower seems to leak down to the kitchen cealing if the shower is used, new taps, the bath currently has a wood panel around it that could be updated and possibly a glass shower screen attatched to the bath.

Flooring - We currently have cheap lino on the floor that needs to be taken up and replaced with some nice flooring, possibly with bathroom floor tiles

Other - Mirror fitting to wall

Any suggestions for anything would be great, Could the quote be for either just labour or labour and materials for comparison

Tile all walls except shower which will have plastic shower panelling. Labour only with the exception of any additional copper/polypipe, joints or valves.

Move towel rail radiator from main bathroom to en-suite and fit new radiator to main bathroom. (combi-boiler fitted, system will probably need draining plus re-charge with Fernox)
