The bathroom is roughly 2.3m x 1.7m. This is a full refit like for like (bath, pedestal basin,toilet)although we will probably keep the existing electric shower. The existing tiling behind the bath is to be replaced and the tiling behind the toilet/pedestal basin. The remainder will be painted. The radiator in the bathroom is to be replaced with a heated towel rail and the floor area is to be tiled.
There is an area which is boxed in currently that I would like to consider opening up depending on the work involved.
Finally there is an existing cupboard and a few fittings to remove and replace.

Would be ideal if the rest of the room can be prepped & painted although I appreciate that this might too far outside the remit, so it's only if it's an option.

I want to change the sink in my bathroom to a "traditional" one with two taps and a normal plug - my current one is a solid plug and cannot use anymore because part of it went down the plughole!! I have seen the one I want in Jewsons and because it is a traditional type one, quite reasonably priced.
