Hi, Just moved house. Bathroom needs updating. We've come up with a rough design of a double ended bath, shower above one end. Chrome bath filler. Sink in cabinet, WC and Bidet. Same layout as now except bidet to go where sink is and sink to go elsewhere. Seen all items on ebay we can buy in or can match similar elsewhere.
Bathroom would need tiling and new door and skirts to match rest of house in oak.
Floor can be tiled or laminate etc. Update ladder radiator / towel rail. I can buy in all the materials. I can even rip out the old suite. I am currently looking into a quick revamp of my family bathroom at home, we currently have a white suite that just needs a quick update.

I would like to keep the suite that is currently in there due to cost but need a some of it re sealing etc

Sink - Is slightly coming away from the wall at the seal, this needs re attaching to the wall and re sealing and new taps putting in the sink

Toilet - The toilet is fine just needs the flush fixing as the flush handles tends to get stuck

Bath - The bath needs a complete new sealing as the water from the shower seems to leak down to the kitchen cealing if the shower is used, new taps, the bath currently has a wood panel around it that could be updated and possibly a glass shower screen attatched to the bath.

Flooring - We currently have cheap lino on the floor that needs to be taken up and replaced with some nice flooring, possibly with bathroom floor tiles

Other - Mirror fitting to wall

Any suggestions for anything would be great, Could the quote be for either just labour or labour and materials for comparison

FIT: 1500 P bath, bath taps and glass shower screen, shower with diverter powered off the combi duo-tec, wooden pedestal with basin sat on top, basin mixer tap, coupled short projection toilet, tiles approximately 6m2 (tiles ranging from sections in mosaic and rest in bigger tiles) I would require the pipes boxed in, bathroom fully bonded/ earthed. The current layout would mean that the bath and basin are swaped but this is a real small change so probably just require a meter or so of extra piping? This would mean the outlet basin waste pipe outside would need moving etc but wouldn't be an issue.
Bathroom is 2060mil length 1500 wide. Toilet will remain in same place. I already have a towel rad and this will not move either.

Our old shower unit needs replacing and also the tiling in the shower area needs replacing with new. We would like the old electric shower to be replaced with a power shower. The old tiling was coming away from the wall in places and having taken a few of the tiles off and having a look behind I can see the plaster is damp and also coming away from the wall.
