The property is ex local authority, in Camberwell, double glazed windows recently fitted, bathroom needs repair including tiling and possibly some carpentry work too. Looking for quotes to get work done as soon as possible.

The bathroom is approx. 218cm x 228cm in Canonbury, Islington. The quote is just for labour - I have chosen and sourced all the fittings and fixtures, and can email a list with links so you can see what they are, plus a rough floor plan. A cabinet maker I've used before will make a built-in storage unit around the BTW toilet and make an airing cupboard for the boiler.

PLUMBING
· Install new bath, wall-hung basin and BTW toilet and cistern. Move the basin about 25cm along from its current position
· Chase piping into wall and move below floorboards where possible
· Move boiler to adjoining wall so it’s more accessible

ELECTRICAL
· Shaver socket on shelf above toilet – let in flush with back of cabinet (I guess my cabinet maker would complete this)
· Electric towel rail with push button timer, wiring chased into wall

JOINERY
· Replace bullnose moulding at bottom of window with the same moulding that surrounds the window, so it’s flatter and doesn’t stick out and get wet when the bath is used
· Replace box for piping along bottom of wall behind basin if it's not possible put pipes under floorboards

TILING
· Remove old floor tiles and hardboard, level floor, tile floor and side of bath with black ceramic tiles and black grout, going under toilet, airing cupboard and possibly bath

The plan for this en-suite has been changed to a smaller area of about 2x2 meters with the shower over the bath. The bathroom needs to created in this large first-floor room. I have bought most of the fittings including a SPA bath and bar shower. A custom corner cabinet needs to be built for a semi-inset sink and a tall cabinet at the end of the bath and to the exterior of the bathroom. Both toilet andWC will be wall hung. The walls to be tiles and the floor probably Amtico. New lighting to the ceiling (LED downlights. Deadline is April.

Small bathroom in a 1 bed flat to be fitted. All fittings in same place as existing fittings, also needs tiling.

Currently bathroom is fully tiled on 4 walls with good condition ceiling and lino floor (on wood). We had a leak with the shower that means an opportunity has arisen to re-fit/update the room.

What we want:
1 wall will be plaster finish and the other 3 will be half plastered/half tiled (apart from shower cubicle which will be fully tiled). Ceiling will be unchanged.
Toilet/sink/shower unit to be replaced (position stays the same although sink to change from pedestal to wall hung).
Bath to switch from corner bath to normal bath, tap position moving slightly accordingly - taps at same end of bath.
Radiator to move location entirely from 1 wall to another.

Electrical works - Want to increase wall mounted lights (around mirror) from 1 to 2, put in an additional shaver socket (from 1 to 2) and mount a new wall fan heater. Also need to replace extractor fan (please supply).
Half of bathroom suite is on order, other half is earmarked and ready to order. Tiles also ready to order.
Couple of shelves required - 2 into exterior wall and 1 into stud wall.

We will take care of painting and floor once bathroom is replaced. Have detailed pictures which show tiling pattern as well as layout.
