Hi, we're looking to have our bathroom completely refurbished. It currently has a bath, toilet and sink with fitted cabinets and tiled walls. The bathroom is approx 8.5 ft x 6.5 ft.

We are looking to have the wall tiles, suite and cabinets ripped out. We want the walls and floor tiled and a new suite fitted. The pipe work is currently concealed by the cabinets so we will need the pipes boxed in.

I have recently bought the flat and have been re decorating it myself however there are a few finishing off jobs that I am unable to do myself. These include fitting a en suite shower enclosure (just the screens as base has already been fitted), a separate shower screen on a bath in the main bathroom. Fitting some lights in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as checking the lighting in the living room. Fit a bathroom mirror with shaving socket in both bathrooms. Finally re position a isolation or stop tap for the gas hob. All materials purchased it just requires someone to do the labour.

I have already stripped the plaster back to the brick and had a new window fitted. I have also purchased the basin and toilet.

The water pipe will need to go through one wall from the washing machine pipe in the utiility next door. I would also need a gas pipe moving down to the floor so it can get boxed in with the water pipe to the basin and toilet.

There is already a light in the room so I would like two spots fitted (already purchased).

The floor is already tiled and we will fit a Lino floor once we have decorated.

Most of the work will involve plaster boarding the walls, plumbing the toilet and sink, moving gas pipe, boxing the pipes, skirting boards, plaster board ceiling put in with 2 spots, fitting a new door, and creating a small hatch to get to the gas meter (as small partition wall will separate main cupboard to small bit at the foot of the stairs,.

The toilet waste will go straight out the external wall and to the soil pipe about 2meters away and will have a downward slope.

We will pay for all materials up front.
