We would like to fit a new bathroom replacing the current sink and toilet with new ones and adding a bath.

The room is 2.5m x 1.75m approx. All 3 walls are exterior.
As you enter the room the sink is in the bottom left corner. There is a radiator on the wall to the right. The shower is in the bottom right corner. In the top right corner is the toilet.

We would like to like to re-site the sink to be across from the door, and replace the toilet with a new one. The radiator will need to be capped off and replaced with a towel radiator fitted on the wall above the bath, the space created should fit a bath.

Currently all 4 walls are fully tiled. We would like the old tiles removed from all four walls and replaced with new tiles. We are happy to just tile about half of each wall and plaster the rest. The tiles that are currently in the shower would also need replacing.

The toilet in our family bathroom has developed a leak somewhere around where the soil pipe leaves the back of the toilet. The toilet (Roca) is built into some vanity units and has probably been leaking slowly for some time. The surrounding laminate flooring has water damage. I think the toilet is installed on top of the laminate. We need the leak to be fixed and the flooring either repaired by replacing damaged boards with some spares we have or the whole floor replacing with new boards. The leak needs fixing sometime fairly soon, although it doesn’t need an emergency repair.
