Complete refit of ground floor bathroom. Strip and removal of all tiles, suite, wallpaper and flooring. Approx size of room 7' x 6.5'. White suite (bath, sink and toilet) and two wall cupboards already ordered and waiting to be delivered from Homebase to be fitted. Taps have been delivered. Tiles chosen from Homebase but not ordered until quantity confirmed. One radiator to be relocated onto opposite wall and a gas heated towel rail to be supplied and fitted in its place. Current cabinet to be put back in same place and other small fitting. All walls to be tiled, also floor and two sides of bath. Coving may need replacing, and ceiling painted. May need new light fitting. New electric shower to be purchased and fitted over bath in place of old one and also a shower curtain rail/screen. Current bathroom in good condition in a ground floor extension erected 18 years ago. We have lived in this house for 28 years and are home owners.

- Can you help with bathroom design, in terms of choosing a suite, or do you literally just do the fitting? We have a rough idea of what we're after, but haven't looked at specific fixtures and fittings as there's such a bewildering choice out there!

- Subject to the above, when would you be able to come round to quote (We're in Chiswick, W4)?

- When would you actually be available to start the job if we were to use you?

We will be ordering all new items from Bathroom Store and would like the following done.

We have already decided on the bathroom fittings, tiling, so are at the installation stage. We are looking for a quality finish.

Flat is located on the 3rd floor but has a good service lift and flats also have parking available.

Bathroom Specialist

We need to have two quotations for two options for the same bathrooms space. Option one - current bathroom repaired by reinstalling a bath/shower and replacing the wc and hand basin with storage and update of pipes. Option two we are looking at maximising on the space available to give us 2 wcs and a fully functional bathroom in the current space with reinstalling all elements of the bathroom suite put in retile and new floor.

If approved, the work will need to be completed asap ideally by mid/end feb. Payments with previous work has always been done on completion and suppliers need to be agreeable to this. Looking to invite people for quotation tomorrow at the residence (thursday 17th Jan between 11am and 4 pm. Pease call asap if this is a job you could take on and happy to quote for. We will need to have companies who have liability insurance and are also part of a federation of builders or builders guild please.
