Replace marine ply floor & lay vinyl flooring.
Fit new taps to bath & basin.
Replace wall mounted radiator with slightly larger one.
Repair / replace bath drain (drains slowly possibly due to sag in pipe)
Fit 'Outasight' shower screen

Most parts have been sourced though alternative recommendations are welcome.

Hi,

I need a fitter to gut out the old bathroom + remove the old tiles. A shower cabin is being fitted in (no electronic tvs etc) a sink and toilet. tiles on the floor and on the walls. all the connections are staying where they are apart from the shower needs to be moved slightly but doesnt require major moving.
possibility of cladding on the ceiling (we're still working out the materials etc on that)
and also a new light fixture to replace the old one.

We would seem to have a leak in our master bathroom which has resulted in the ceiling in the downstairs toilet below becoming damaged. Master bathroom is tiled and it is not clear where the leak is situated but I suspect somewhere between toilet and main drop to drain. Identification of leak position may result in removal of tiles, so potentially a re-tile of bathroom will be necessary.

In short:

1. Identify position of leak
2. Make good ceiling in downstairs toilet (artexed no coving)
3. Make good master bathroom, re-tiling if necessary

Job Description

Bathroom shower needs plumbing in and hot feed re routed to the shower ( from sink ). Very high pressure currently has a reducer on for the electric shower. Also a new sink and bath needs plumbing in - Old elcetric shower needs cutting off and removing.

All other work for bathroom allocated - just the plumbing side. Completion before xmas.

Possible central heating work as extra if wanted. ( problem with underfloor heating when rest of the house works - something to do with a digital thing near the boiler )
