I need a new bath, basin and toilet fitted in a very small bathroom (194cm by 168 cm), new wall tiling and floor.

Nothing too fancy, just a straightforward suite costing about £300-£400. The bath needs to have a bath mixer tap with shower attachment (I've got mains pressure hot water from a good size combi) and probably a glass door rather than the present shower curtain set up. The bath has to fit into 168cms, just shy of standard bath length.

Also the present set up doesn't make good use of the space. At the moment the door opens on the right hand side into the room, bang onto the bath. Originally the door was on the left hand side but was changed when a heated towel rail was put in. This towel rail needs to be moved 50 cm further into the room in order to open the door comfortably, or, ideally I would change the door to open outwards rather than inwards. How much more will a new door frame & door cost compared with re-plumbing the radiator?

Another issue is the corner of the room has a boxed in bit (30cm x 23cm) which I suspect used to have/has pipes in it. Now that the hot water is coming from downstairs rather a header tank would it be possible to remove this, put the bath right up against the wall and gain an extra 23cm floor space?

Need about 4.5 metre square of tiling I estimate, plus a bit of lino for the tiny floor. I'll do the re-painting if needed. Quote for labour & materials please!

Room measures 88 inches by 72 inches. Need current bath, sink unit and toilet - removal. Looking at full refit to include new bath and a shower or possibly just shower - depends on advice and I would like ideas on design. Currently half tiled, but prob need re-doing with any redesign. Hi,

I need a fitter to gut out the old bathroom + remove the old tiles. A shower cabin is being fitted in (no electronic tvs etc) a sink and toilet. tiles on the floor and on the walls. all the connections are staying where they are apart from the shower needs to be moved slightly but doesnt require major moving.
possibility of cladding on the ceiling (we're still working out the materials etc on that)
and also a new light fixture to replace the old one.

We would seem to have a leak in our master bathroom which has resulted in the ceiling in the downstairs toilet below becoming damaged. Master bathroom is tiled and it is not clear where the leak is situated but I suspect somewhere between toilet and main drop to drain. Identification of leak position may result in removal of tiles, so potentially a re-tile of bathroom will be necessary.

In short:

1. Identify position of leak
2. Make good ceiling in downstairs toilet (artexed no coving)
3. Make good master bathroom, re-tiling if necessary
